The Eversley Childs Sanitarium And General Hospital, Through The Nsccv Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Pesos Only (php 5,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The “provision Of Courier Services For Documents, Blood Specimen, Dried Blood Spots, And Cold Chain To Newborn Screening Center – Central Visayas (nsccv) [early Procurement Activity]”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Eversley Childs Sanitarium And General Hospital Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
