The Services Of The Contract Are Broken Down In Three (3) Sectors And A General Coordination Management Work Package, Described Hereafter: 1) Sector I: Maintenance Of Technical Building Equipment The Flat Rate (fixed Part) Services Of Sector I Include In Particular: — The Performance Of Periodic Inspections And Various Preventive Maintenance In Relation To Sector I; — The Performance Of Corrective Maintenance/repairs (including Labour) Where The Cost Of The Repair Materials / Replacement Parts Are Below Or Equal To Value Of Threshold (eur 600 Ex. Vat At The Start Of The Contract). On-demand Services Under Sector I Can Also Be Executed As Per Annex A Part Ii Chapters 5.1.5 And 5.1.6.
