This Study Will Map The Policies In The 27 Eu Member States And Eea Efta States For Cancer Patients And Survivors To Remain In Work And To Return To Work. This Shall Be Achieved By Consulting The Relevant Stakeholders The Service Contract Will Deliver On The Following Points: 1. Mapping Of Implemented And/or Planned Policies And Related Legislation In All Eu 27 Member States And Eea Efta States And Mapping Of Relevant Stakeholders In The Field Of Return To Work Of Cancer Patients And Survivors; 2. Identification Of Gaps, Obstacles And Remaining Challenges In Job Retention And Return To Work Via Desk Research, Interviews And Workshops With The Relevant Stakeholders And Competent 27 Eu Member States’ Authorities/eea Authorities; 3. Identification Of At Least 10 Good Practices Of Policy Approaches In Supporting Job Retention And Return To Work For Cancer Survivors And Patients In The Eu/eea And The Analysis Of Their Transferability To Other Eu Member States; 4.
