The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources – Environmental Management Bureau – National Capital Region (denr-emb-ncr) Hereinafter Referred To As The “purchaser” Now Requests For Submission Of Price Quotations For The Procurement Of The Aforesaid Items Described In The Technical Specifications. 2.
