Description Request For Quotation Purchase Request Re: Armature For 220 V Mfc And Vfc Motor, Glass Microfibre Filters And Micro-quartz Filter Media 47mm Circle For Official Use On The Ambient Air Quality Monitoring The Environmental Management Bureau Region V Hereinafter Referred To As The “purchaser” Through The General Appropriation Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Eighty-six Thousand And Four Hundred (php286,400.00) Pesos Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Abovementioned Contract. The Environmental Management Bureau Region V Now Request From Bona Fide Supplier’s Quotations For The Said Activity. Procurement Will Be Conducted Through Small Value Procurement, An Alternative Mode Of Procurement As Prescribed In Sec. 53.9 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of R.a. 9184; It Is The Intent Of The Purchaser To Evaluate The Bid/quotation On Per Item Basis, And Award Will Be Made To The Bid/quotation Or Combination Of Quotations Resulting In The Lowest Evaluated Quotation Meeting The Purchaser’s Technical Specifications. Supplier Shall Submit Its Quotation To The Bac Secretariat, Emb Region V Rawis, Legazpi City. The Environmental Management Bureau Region V Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids, Waive Any Defect Or Informality Therein, Accept The Bid And Award The Contract To The Most Advantageous Offer To The Office, For And In Behalf Of The Project. Environmental Management Bureau Region V Assumes No Responsibility To Compensate Or Indemnify The Bidder For Any Expense Or Loss That May Be Incurred For The Preparation Of Bids, Nor Does It Guarantee That An Award Will Be Made.
