Tenders are invited for Supplying, Installing, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Solar Water Heating System in Residential and Non-residential Sector A bid shall be accompanied with a bid security of Rwf 1,000,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency is required. Failure to submit the said Guarantee shall lead to the disqualification of the bid. The bid security shall be issued by a bank or a recognized insurance company; Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from EDCL Head Offices at Kigali City Tower (KCT), KN2 ST, Nyarugenge District, Kigali City, Email: procurement@edcl.reg.rw, erukinirwa@edcl.reg.rw; or in the Procurement office from 08:00 am to 5:00 pm hours local time, the bidding document will be obtained upon presentation of a prepaid Bank slip of non- refundable amount of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf). This payment can be done on any account of Rwanda Revenue Authority opened in different commercial bank;
