The required prior work experience for the bidder is 7 years of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services. Although the exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified, there are specific requirements for the number and value of similar completed services, which include: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (2250000000); 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder's minimum average annual financial turnover during the last three years should be at least 6750 Lakh (675 million).
