The service includes: 1. External wall closure The opening of the former window bands must be closed except for the new window openings. This is to be done in a drywall construction with cement-bonded building boards. Of the existing window bands, the load-bearing steel frame and the associated stiffeners will remain and must be integrated into the new drywall wall. From the outside, a curtain metal facade with thermal insulation will be installed by another company afterwards. Reinforcements for the consoles of the curtain metal facade must be coordinated. The execution details are included in the tender. 2. Drywall walls The new walls on the upper floor will be built using drywall construction. The new walls on the ground floor will be built using solid construction except for the installation wall in the toilet area. 3. Self-supporting ceiling The self-supporting drywall ceilings are to be installed between the existing roof trusses. The centre distance of the existing roof trusses is 6 m. The substructure consists of wide-span beams with corresponding fastenings to the existing roof trusses made of reinforced concrete. All further information can be found in the list of services.
