The Contractor Shall Undertake All Measures And Efforts Necessary To Ensure That The Center Attains And/or Maintains An Average Monthly Obs Equal To 100% Of The Center’s Planned Obs. the Contractor Shall Provide Career Transition Services (cts) For All Graduates And Former Enrollees Of The Center, Regardless Of Where The Graduate Or Former Enrollee Resides Or Matriculates.
