The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years for the same or similar service. Additionally, the bidder should have past experience of similar services to any Central/ State Govt Organization/ PSU. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have executed at least 5 projects with a contract value of not less than Rs 2 crore for each contract of providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies in the last financial years. The bidder should also have executed at least 5 projects with a supply of 25 manpower in each contract of providing manpower services to the same entities. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder should be 1000 Lakh (s) for 3 years. However, there is an exemption for MSE and startup for years of experience and turnover. In some cases, the experience required is 0 to 3 Years, but no specific value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned in those cases.
