Morein the existing Schweizer Platz underground station in Frankfurt am Main, in the Sachsenhausen-Nord district, a fire protection renovation of the entire station is being carried out by the Frankfurt am Main transport company Mbh (hereinafter referred to as "VGF"). One of the central requirements of the Frankfurt Fire Department for the existing underground transport systems is the creation of fire protection concepts/risk assessments. In this context, the parties involved from the VGF, the TAB and the FFM Fire Department approved a prioritization of the planned measures for the fire protection upgrading of the underground station. The underground station was designed as an underground transport system/underpass. The Schweizer Platz underground station has an underground platform with two routes, track 1 and track 2, and a length of approximately 105m. The overall fire protection renovation measures will result in a fire protection improvement in the above-mentioned underground station. The platform has two staircases that lead to the ground surface (exit level A) via separate distribution levels. The fire protection and structural measures take place on the following levels of the station: A level - above ground, access to the Schweizer Platz underground station (exit level) B level - distribution level B1 level - technical level or partial crawl space below B level with a room height of 1.20m B2 level - technical level C level - platform level with adjacent technical areas C1 level - crawl space below C level, room height of 1.20m (cable shafts) Level A is only part of this measure in the area of the underground station and the associated peripherals. The base cabinet at entrance 1 is already there and must be adapted during implementation. A spatial separation of the existing systems in Nn and Ne is not part of this measure.
