Eastern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work(s) during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work includes "Any work of Signal or Telecom involving trenching, laying & testing of signal or telecom cables or any other miscellaneous outdoor S&T work". Additionally, the tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of 1.5 V/N crores or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
