The required prior work experience for the bidder includes submitting a list of works carried out in the past, along with certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which the tender is invited. The bidder should also submit a list of court cases and arbitration cases during the last five years. The bidder is required to fill out forms that include details such as original contract value, final value of contract, and approximate value of balance work for the works carried out in the past and presently on hand. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The credential certificate for this work should have been issued not prior to 60 days of the date of invitation of the present tender.
