The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 7 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed similar works for each component, with values of 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component. In cases where a subcontractor is used, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, within the last 5 years. No prior work experience is required for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh.
