The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific works within the last 7 years. The criteria for this include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), is considered as the cost of substantially completed work, with a requirement of payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value (excluding payment made for adjustment of Price variation). The value of similar works completed can be considered based on the final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) for completed work, or the total gross amount already paid if the final bill is pending. Specific amounts mentioned for different schedules are: - Schedule A: 5036107.62 - Schedule B1: 7226767.00 - Schedule B2: 5084305.98 (with 48.86% escalation) - Schedule B3: 11212.50 The percentage of similar works completed considered is 90% or more of the present contract value. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N crores, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work.
