Eastern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during the last 7 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the bidder must have completed similar works for each component of the tender, with values of 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component. Additionally, for subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, where no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
