The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing specific similar works within the last 7 years. The bidder must have completed either three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or one similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed works with values of at least 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, a subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, unless the subletting work costs up to Rs 50 lakh, in which case no previous work experience is required. The details of the works completed by the tenderer during the last seven years should be filled in Annexure-I.
