Schedule B-FOR ALL WORKS OVERALL PERCENTAGE ABOVE OR BELOW OR AT PAR THE RATES OF ALL ITEMS OF CHAPTERS OF The CPWD Delhi Schedule of rates 2021-Ver-2 (DSR Vol.1, DSR Vol.2) and CPWD specifications Vol.1,Vol.2 are to be followed for execution of all Civil Engineering Works related to Civil work, Sanitary, plumbing & wood/aluminum/steel doors & windows works etc edition with all correction slips issued time to time, hereinafter referred to as 'CPWD DSR2021' for specifications and rates with upto date correction slips will prevail for the instant work. which includes (i) new Works, addition & alterations to existing structures, special repair work and supply of building materials subject to the contract value of each work not exceeding Rs.5.00 lakh (Rupees five lakh) (ii) All ordinary repairs and maintenance works and (iii) Conveyance of materials e.g bricks, lime, sand etc. which are likely to be required in a zone during the year. [N O T E: 1. The above rates in all schedules are inclusive of all taxes legally leviable or any other local taxes, license fees, royalty charges and cess etc. 2. The above rates are inclusive of deduction of GST etc as per the extant instructions on the issue applicable for the time being. 3. The quantities shown in above schedule are approximate and are meant to give tenderer an idea of the quantum of the work involved.4. If any tenderer wishes to give rebate on the rates quoted by him, the same may be filled up by him in this schedule.5. It is to be noted that such rebate, if offered, shall apply on rates quoted for all items in all the schedules of this tender document. Maintenance period for this work shall be 06 (Six) months from the actual date of Completion. Contractor will have to maintain the work done by him till the maintenance period is over. If any defect arises during this period, the Contractor has to rectify the same to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer In charge. Otherwise, entire amount of Security Deposit will be forfeited.
