East Coast Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder can be demonstrated through the completion of certain categories of work during the last 07 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The work experience can be certified by any Government Organisation or a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. For substantially completed work, the payment should be equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value. The credential certificate for substantially completed work should have been issued not prior to 60 days of the date of invitation of the present tender. The bidder must submit supporting documents such as a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, TDS certificates for all payments received, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company if the work experience certificate is issued by a public listed company.
