The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For works involving more than one distinct component, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works for each component, each costing not less than 30% of advertised value of each component, - Two similar works for each component, each costing not less than 40% of advertised value of each component, - One similar work for each component, each costing not less than 60% of advertised value of each component. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide details of the work, including the name of the work, contract agreement number and date, original value of the contract, revised value of the contract, date of actual completion of the work, and full address of the authority under whom the contract was executed. In case of subcontracting, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, where no previous work experience of subcontractor is required.
