The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work refers to the "Construction of any building with RCC framed structure". A Work Experience Certificate from a Govt. Organisation or a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years is required to fulfill this condition. For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed or subcontract in the last 5 years, with a value of not less than 35% of the work to be subletted. The total value of work to be assigned to sub-contractor(s) shall not be more than 50% of the total contract value.
