East Coast Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Work experience certificate from a government organization or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years is accepted. The work experience certificate from a public listed company must be accompanied by a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, TDS certificates, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company. The required prior work experience for subcontractors is at least one work similar to the work proposed or subcontract in the last 5 years, with a value of not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted. Additionally, the total value of work to be assigned to the subcontractor shall not be more than 50% of the total contract value. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work - Rs 500 crore average annual turnover for public listed companies - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted for subcontractors - 50% of the total contract value for the total value of work to be assigned to subcontractors.
