East Central Railway Tender

The bidder should have prior work experience of similar nature, which includes "Loading, unloading and otherwise handling of Goods and/ or parcels of any commodities from and to trucks/vehicles including Railway vehicles/wagons, Parcel vans, SLRs etc., in Railway premises or premises of Government/ PSUs". The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder should submit a list of works successfully completed or substantially completed in the last 07 (seven) years, with details such as description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The limit of minimum membership for a viable unit for labour Co-Operative Societies handling parcel contracts should be 100. The bidder should have previous experience of similar work and should have completed works of similar nature in the last 07 years. The value of the works completed should be mentioned in the list submitted by the bidder. Only genuine Labour Co-Operative Societies having 'area of operation' with previous experience of similar work are eligible for this tender. Work experience from private individual shall not be considered, but work experience certificate issued by Public listed company having average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in last 3 financial years, listed on National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange, incorporated/registered at least 5 years prior to the date of closing of tender, shall also be considered.
