The Purpose Of The Homelessness Accommodation And Support Service Is To Provide A Tailored And Holistic Approach To Meet The Accommodation And Support Needs Of The Individual. The Service Will Provide Different Levels Of Support In A Range Of Accommodation Settings To Those Clients In Need Who Have Presented To Housing Solutions As Homeless Or At Risk Of Being Homeless. The Contract Will Be Delivered As One Service With 3 Distinct Interlinking Elements, Providing A Successful Accommodation And Support Pathway For Homeless Clients: - • Assessment Centres • Supported Accommodation • Independent Living (dispersed Properties) With Low Level Support From The Provider, This Should Include A Provision For Temporary Accommodation.
