The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) And Through The Hospital Income Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Five Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-eight Pesos (₱6,539,458.00) Being The Total Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Window Blinds, 1 Lot. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 60 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Approved Purchase Order.
