The Don Honorio Ventura State University Through The Fund 05-igf (income) For The Fiscal Year 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Nine Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Five Pesos Only (p5,949,485.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Printed Books For The Different Colleges And Campuses Programs Offered By The University (contract No. 001 - Dhvsu 2025). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Dhvsu, Through The Fund 05-igf (income) For The Fiscal Year 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Fifty One Thousand Two Hundred Four Pesos Only (p1,851,204.00) For Line Item No. 1 (business, Education, Humanities, Social Sciences & Graduate School) And One Million Five Hundred Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Eight (p1,516,898.00) For Line Item No. 2 (science, Technology & Engineering) And Two Million Five Hundred Eighty One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Three (p2,581,383.00) For Line Item No. 3 (regular Campuses Programs) For The Supply And Delivery Of Printed Books For The Different Colleges And Campuses Programs Offered By The University (contract No. 001 - Dhvsu 2025) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot/item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dhvsu Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required Within Twenty (20) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
