Tie- Breaking Procedure: In Cases Where Two Or More Bidders Are Determined To Have Submitted The Lowest Calculated Quotation/lcrb, Dnhs Will Employ The Draw Lots Method As Per Gppb Circular 06- 2005 To Break The Tie And Determine The Winning Bidder. 11. Validity Of Interlineations: Any Interlineations, Erasures, Or Overwriting Must Be Signed Or Initialed By The Supplier Or Their Duly Authorized Representative(s) To Be Valid. 12. Delivery Costs: The Supplier Shall Bear All Delivery Costs, Including Transportation Expenses, And Assume All Risk Until The Goods Are Delivered To Dolores National High School. 18.
