The Corporation Of The District Of North Vancouver (the Owner) Invites Tenders For Itt-064-24, Spirit Trail - Seymour River To Windridge Park Multi-use Path And Related Improvements. The Scope Of The Works Generally Involves The Construction Of A New Multi-use Path Near 2135 Heritage Park Lane And 505 Riverside Drive, As Well As The Widening And Improvement Of An Existing Multi-use Path 2444 Burr Place. Work Consists Of But Is Not Limited To Clearing, Grubbing And Construction And Paving Of 130m Of 4m Wide Paved Multi-use Path, Including A Small Retaining Wall, Wooden Fencing, Restoration Planting, Pavement Markings, Wayfinding, And Streetlighting. The Work Also Consists Of Wayfinding, Pavement Markings, Placement Of At-grade Delineators And Precast Elements, And Some Localized Civil Construction At Various Locations On The New Spirit Trail Alignment Between Seymour Blvd And Burr Place.
