District Of North Vancouver Tender

This Request For Expressions Of Interest & Qualifications (“ Reiq”) Is Being Issued By The District Of North Vancouver (“district”) In Order To Provide Interested Parties The Opportunity To Indicate Their Interest And To Provide Their Qualifications For Potential Operation Of The Food Services Facilities In The Clubhouse, Kiosk And On-course Service At Northlands Golf Course (“northlands”), Located At 3400 Anne Macdonald Way, North Vancouver, B.c.   This Reiq Will Be Of Interest To Experienced Food Services Providers Who Are Dedicated To Quality Service In Keeping With A Golf Course Environment That Caters Primarily To The Golfing Public, But Also To Non-golfing Members Of The Public, And To Provide All Food And Beverage Services (“food Services”) That Compliments And Builds Upon Northlands Reputation Of Being Metro Vancouver’s Premiere Public Golf Course. The Food Services Would Be Provided Under A Contract Which The District Intends Will Be For An Initial 3 To 5-year Term, Commencing On Or Around February 1, 2025.   This Reiq Is  Not a Tender Nor A Request For Proposals. Based On Submissions Received To This Reiq, The District, In Its Sole Discretion, Will Determine The Next Appropriate Steps To Take To Engage A Service Provider For The Required Food Services.   Interested Food Service Providers Who Feel They Have The Appropriate Experience And Qualifications Are Encouraged To Respond To This Reiq.
