The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature, with specific requirements for various types of works such as carriageway, footpath, street lighting, roadside landscapes, and underground utilities. The bidder should have experience in works with a minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package for certain types of works. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - At least one similar work, not less than 80% of the estimated project cost. - At least two similar works, not less than 50% of the estimated project cost. - At least three similar works, not less than 40% of the estimated project cost. The bidder should also provide details of works underway or contractually committed, along with the details of clients who may be contacted for further information on those contracts. The bidder should propose subcontracting components of the Works amounting to 25 percent of the Bid Price. The total maximum score for similar works is 100, with specific maximum scores for different types of works, such as: - Carriageway works: 30 - Footpath works: 10 - Street lighting works: 10 - Roadside landscapes works: 5 - Underground utilities works, including: - Power Line (HT/LT): 15 - Storm water: 10 - Sewer: 5 - Water Supply: 5 - Telecom (OFC): 5 - Gas: 5 The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last five years, with a minimum of 15 marks for underground utilities works pertaining to the power line (HT/LT), and obtain 80 marks out of 100 for the qualification. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
