The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in underground utilities work, such as gas, power, sewer, water supply, storm water, and telecom works. For power line work, the bidder should have experience in shifting power lines from overhead to underground with a minimum capacity of 11KV. The bidder must have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering works for a minimum length as per technical evaluation. The bidder should have completed similar works with a minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as INR 3634.10 Lakh. The bidder should have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of INR 363.41 Lakhs, which is 10% of the estimated cost. The annual financial turnover amount required is INR Cr. or Above for the last five years. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years. The percentage mentioned is 7% per year, which will be used to update the maximum value of works executed to the current price level. The bidder's bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works, and the available bid capacity will be calculated as (A*N* M-B), where A is the maximum value of works executed, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, M is 2.5, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. If the work experience is of lesser length than mentioned, marks will be awarded on a pro-rata basis.
