The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on construction works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value equal to at least 80% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs. 232.08 Lacs), or at least two similar works of value equal to at least 60% of the estimated cost of the project, or at least three similar works of value equal to at least 40% of the estimated cost of the project. Alternatively, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as prime Contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third of the estimated cost of work for which the bid is invited.
