The required prior work experience for the bidder pertains to similar works executed in any Central/State Government Departments, Quasi Government Organizations, Government Undertakings, or a Private Organization. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of similar nature and magnitude to the work being bid on, with a value of at least 25% of the value put to tender, in a single contract in the last five years. For civil construction of water/wastewater related works, the bidder should have completed at least one work worth Rs.4.00 crores in a single contract in the last five years, which is 50% of the value put to tender. The bidder should also have minimum aggregate experience of pipe laying work in water supply or sewerage system during the last 5 years, with a minimum of 300m of work experience. The bidder's average annual turnover for the last five financial years should be at least 25% of the value put to tender. The value of sub-contracted work under any such sub-contract should not exceed 15% of the contract value, and the total sub-contracted work should not exceed 60% of the contract value. The bidder should provide experience certificates, which should be supported by performance certificates issued by an officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer for government departments, or a certificate from a Senior Official, countersigned by a Government Department Engineer and notarized for private organizations. The experience should be within the last 5 years (2018-19 to 2022-23). The bidder should fill in the form for Annual Turnover Data (Civil Engineering Works) for the last five financial years, providing the amount and currency for each year. The bidder should have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude during each of the previous Five financial years. The total monetary value of Civil Engineering works performed during each of the last Five years should be furnished. Annual turnover (Civil Engineering works) for the past Five financial years should be enclosed, certified by a registered Chartered Accountant.
