The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one work of a significant value in a single contract in the last five years, with a minimum value of Rs. 4.00 crores, which is 50% of the value put to tender, or at least 25% of the Value put to tender. The Average Annual Turnover for the last five financial years should be 25% of the Value put to tender. The bidder should have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude within a period of Five years, including constructing and commissioning a sewerage treatment plant up to one secondary stage or any water or wastewater treatment plant of capacity not less than 0.015 MLD, with a preferred experience of 1.00 MLD. The bidder should also have supplied, erected, and commissioned at least one pump set during the last 5 years, with a minimum capacity of 3 HP and a preferred capacity of 5 HP. The bidder should have minimum aggregate experience of pipe laying work in water supply or sewerage system during the last 5 years, with a minimum of 300 m. Sub-contractors should have experience of successfully completing and commissioning of at least two works of similar nature and magnitude to the work to be sublet during the last 5 years. The value of sub-contracted work under any such sub-contract shall not exceed 15% of the contract value and total sub-contracted work shall not exceed 60% of the contract value. The performance experience for Central/State Government Department/Undertaking/Quasi Government Organization should be supported by performance certificates issued by the concerned organization by an officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer. In case of experience of a Private Organization, the criteria of photographs, certificate, and notarization should be satisfied. The bidder is required to have experience in works of similar nature and magnitude during each of the previous Five financial years, with details to be furnished in Annexure – III. The bidder should also provide details of works on hand in Annexure – IV and works for which bids have already been submitted in Annexure – V. The bidder should provide the total monetary value of Civil Engineering works performed during each of the last Five years in Annexure – I, and the annual turnover (Civil Engineering works) for the past Five financial years in Annexure – II. The required prior work experience includes: - Minimum value of Rs. 4.00 crores or 25% of the Value put to tender - Average Annual Turnover of 25% of the Value put to tender - Minimum capacity of 0.015 MLD for sewerage treatment plant - Minimum capacity of 3 HP for pump set - Minimum aggregate experience of 300 m for pipe laying work - Sub-contracted work not exceeding 15% and 60% of contract value - Experience in similar nature and magnitude of work during the last 5 years.
