The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works of similar nature, with the following options: * Three works, each with a value of not less than 40% (Rs. 105.6 lakhs) of the current work, * Two works, each with a value of not less than 50% (Rs. 132.00 lakhs) of the current work, * One work, with a value of not less than 80% (Rs. 211.20 lakhs) of the current work. Additionally, the bidder should have executed minimum quantities for the following items of work in any one year during the last five years: * TMT STEEL (M.T): 9.87 M.T * PU Flooring / Acryclic Flooring/Synthetic Flooring (Sport Flooring): 400 Sqm * RCC M25 & Above: 178.86 Cum The bidder should also have experience of completion of a single sport ground with synthetic flooring having an area not less than 400 Sqm, and approved by the respective sport federation. For primary bidder or electrical bidder, experience of executing a single electrical work of cost not less than 50 Lakhs having 12m High mast work in a single year from any last five years is required. The bidder's annual turnover should not be less than Rs. 352.00 lakhs in the last 5 years. The certificates for completed works should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of Taluka Sports Officer, and completed work carried out in Govt/ Semi Govt Bodies or Local Bodies will only be considered. For other than Govt/ Semi Govt works, the criteria of amount of single work and quantities shall be double of the mentioned above.
