The bidder should have prior work experience in executing civil engineering works. The required experience can be demonstrated by providing certificates and work orders of similar work done in the last five years, with the following options: 1. One similar work project of 80% of the total value of the estimated cost put to tender, 2. Two similar work projects of 50% of the total value of the estimated cost put to tender, 3. Three similar work projects of 40% of the total value of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of working in any of the first 20 cities of Swachh Survekshan in the last 7 years, with a specific requirement of at least 2 years of experience in the supply, erection, commissioning of STP, mechanical composting plant, or its operation and maintenance. The bidder should also have experience in completing works of a similar nature and scale. The annual average financial turnover in the last three years should be at least 50% of the estimated project cost. The bidder's net worth should be at least 20% of the estimated project cost. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last 5 years, updated to 2024-25 level by considering the indexation of 10% each year. The assessed available bid capacity will be calculated as: Assessed available bid capacity = A x N x 200/B Where: A = Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last 5 years, N = Number of years prescribed for the completion of the work for which bids are invited, B = Value of 2024-25 price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 12 months.
