The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years. The bidder should have executed at least one project with a certain contract value and supplied a certain number of manpower in each contract. Specifically, the bidder should have executed at least 01 order of 80% or 02 order of 50% or 03 order of 40% in general manpower supply in the past 03 financial years. Additionally, the bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with the following conditions: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, where the estimated bid value is 44025833.7. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder should be 135 Lakh.
