Expressions of interest : Selection of Consulting Services to provide Technical Assistance for Institutional Policy Development and Community Empowerment for Solid Waste Management (TA-IPDCESWM). The scope of the Services include: a. Provide assistance in coordination with all relevant stakeholders, both at the central and regional level; b. Contributing in workshops program and the initial campaign for the implementation of activities, as part of the Improvement of Solid Waste Management Projects (ISWMP); c. Inventory, identify and analyze waste management data in the regions; d. Inventroy, identify and analyze policies and institutional conditions related to waste management in the regions; e. Inventory, indetify and analyze data related to pollution in the Citarum Watershed; f. Identifying and analyzing data related to community participation and empowerment in waste management in the regions; g. Assisting the areas that serve as pilot project ISWMP locations, both for: h. Prepare recommendations related to waste management policies in the regions based on the result of data analysis and existing conditions in the field; i. Formulate and compile community empowerment schemes in waste management in the regions, based on the result of data analysis and existing conditions in the field; j. Assist in the preparation of monitoring and evaluation program guidelines in accordance with the Result Frameworks (RF) in the Project Appraisal Document (PAD); k. Contribute in the formulation of an exit strategy to support the sustainability of benefits from the implementation of the Improvement of Solid Waste Management Project (ISWMP) activities in the regions; l. Report all the results of activities carried out the CPIU of the Directorate General of Bina Bangda, monthly and quarterly; and m.
