The bidder is required to have experience in several areas, including: 1. Handling a plant of Solid Waste Management conveyor operating system to convert waste to compost and green energy. 2. Segregation, Processing of waste as per MSW 2016, along with arrangement of proper hands, Manpower for garbage sanitation process, disposal services, and similar work. 3. Providing Conservancy, Sanitation, and Cleaning Services, and commissioning of plants for processing of garbage/waste based on Built, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT). 4. Commissioning of plants for processing of garbage/waste, sanitation, and proper segregation, with a minimum quantity of 03 tons per day. 5. RDF (Refused Derived Fuel) disposal for the past 03 years. 6. Completion of two different sites based on Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT) plant as per Solid Waste Management, with completion certificates. 7. Co-processing of post-consumer Plastic Waste (MLP), which has to be disposed of in accordance with the Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016. The bidder should also have a total past experience of the highest amount during the last three consecutive years, in case of a tie in the lowest rates quoted. No specific value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the minimum quantity of 03 tons per day for commissioning of plants for processing of garbage/waste.
