Description Republic Of The Philippines Digos Water District Rizal Avenue, Digos City Invitation For Negotiated Procurement For Two Failed- Biddings- (part Ii) Procurement Of Materials For Various Pipeline Expansion Projects (lot C – Construction Materials) 1. The Digos Water District, Through The Corporate Budget For The Year 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Sixty-one Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-eight Pesos And 17/100 (php 261,278.17) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Following: Purchase Request Nos. Particulars Amount Of Abc 2024-01-0076; 2024-01-0077; 2024-01-0078; 2024-01-0079; 2024-01-0080 Construction Materials Php 261,278.17 Total Amount Of Abc Php 261,278.17 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Digos Water District Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 45 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Requirement Is Negotiated Procurement For Two- Failed Bidding Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. The Selection Of The Successful Offer Shall Be Based On The Best And Final Offer That Will Be Submitted On The Set Deadline By The Bac And Which Would Meet The Minimum Technical Specifications Required. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Digos Water District At The Address Given Below During Mondays To Fridays, 8:00 A.m To 5:00 P.m. 5. Negotiation Shall Be On August 5, 2024 At 9:00 In The Morning At The Given Address Below And/or Through Video Conferencing Or Webcasting Via Google Meet (the Link Will Be Provided At Least 15 Minutes Before The Bid Opening). Bids Will Be Opened In The Presence Of The Bidders’ Representatives Who Choose To Attend The Activity. 6. Two (2) Copies Of The Proposals (one Original And One Copy) Must Be Submitted To The Bac Which Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Office Address Indicated Below On Or Before August 7, 2024 At 8:45 In The Morning. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 7. Bid Opening Shall Be On August 7, 2024 At 9:00 In The Morning At The Given Address Below And/or Through Video Conferencing Or Webcasting Via Google Meet (the Link Will Be Provided At Least 15 Minutes Before The Bid Opening).
