The Department For Transport Intends To Procure A Contract To Provide Delivery Of Cipd Accredited Qualifications In The United Kingdom At Foundation, Associate And Advanced Levels. Upon Completion Of A Qualification, Learners Will Receive The Relevant Cipd Membership Depending On The Qualification. The Qualifications To Be Delivered Are: - Cipd Level 3 Foundation Certificate In People Practice - Cipd Level 5 Associate Diploma In People Management - Cipd Level 5 Associate Diploma In Organisational Learning And Development - Cipd Level 7 Advanced Diploma In Strategic People Management - Cipd Level 7 Advanced Diploma In Strategic Learning And Development Given The Dispersed Nature Of The Dftc Hr Workforce, The Supplier Must Facilitate Fully Remote Delivery For All The Cipd Qualifications - But May Offer Additional Delivery Options.
