Freight From Dbp Ho To Dbp Off-site Offices That Are Based In Luzon (via Land Transportation) Indicative Weight (in Kgs.)* = 50,220 Rate/kg. = 88.00 Approved Budget For The Contract (in Php, Inclusive Of Taxes) = 4,419,360.00 B. Freight From Dbp Ho To Dbp Off-site Offices That Are Based In Luzon (inter-island) And Visayas Indicative Weight (in Kgs.)* = 31,110 Rate/kg. = 92.00 Approved Budget For The Contract (in Php, Inclusive Of Taxes) = 2,862,120.00 C. Freight From Dbp Ho To Dbp Off-site Offices That Are Based In Mindanao Indicative Weight (in Kgs.)* = 32,740 Rate/kg. = 98.00 Approved Budget For The Contract (in Php, Inclusive Of Taxes) = 3,208,520.00 Total Indicative Weight = 114,070 Total Approved Budget For The Contract (in Php, Inclusive Of Taxes) = 10,490,000.00 Note: * It Is Understood That If At The End Of The Contract, The Total Weight Of The Items That Were Shipped Will Be Lower Than The Indicative Aggregate Weight Stated In The Terms Of Reference, The Fsp Shall Only Bill/charge Dbp Based On The Actual Weight Shipped Indicative Weight In Kilograms Per Area Is Commutable. ** The Lowest Total Bid Shall Be Declared As The Lowest Calculated Bid. 2. The Development Bank Of The Philippines Now Invites Bids For The Above-cited Procurement Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Project Shall Be For A Period Of One (1) Year Or Upon Full Consumption Of The Abc, Whichever Comes First. The Contract Will Take Effect Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). 4. Bidders Must Have Completed Within The Last Seven (7) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Either A Single Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc, Or At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts, The Sum Of Which Must At Least Be Equivalent To Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc, Provided, The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc.
