Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Cash Transport Security Services For Branches And Cash Centers Of Development Bank Of The Philippines Bid Reference No. G-2024-13 1.the Development Bank Of The Philippines, Through The Corporate Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Twenty-three Million Six Hundred Three Thousand Ninety-four Pesos (php 223,603,094.00) For Two (2) Years Or One Hundred Eleven Million Eight Hundred One Thousand Five Hundred Forty-seven Pesos (php 111,801,547.00) Per Annum, Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Contract For The Above-cited Project. The Details Of The Abc Is Provided In The Bidding Document. (note: The Abc For The Project Consists Of The Costs For The Armored Vehicles, Each With One (1) Armed Security Driver And Two (2) Security Guards/escorts Per Cluster) 2. The Development Bank Of The Philippines Now Invites Bids For The Above-cited Procurement Project. Bidders May Bid For One (1) Cluster, Some, Or All Ten (10) Clusters. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Per Cluster Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Duration Of The Contract Shall Be For A Period Of Two (2) Years Effective Within Fifteen (15) Days For Metro Manila And Forty-five (45) Days For Luzon, Visayas, And Mindanao Clusters From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). 4. Bidders Must Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc Per Cluster. If Bidding For More Than One Cluster, Completed Similar Contract Must Be At Least 50% Of The Highest Abc Of The Cluster Being Bid. A Contract Similar To The Project Refers To Cash Transport Security Service.
