Description Project: Delivery, Supply, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning Of New Exhaust Fan/blower System For The Dapcc Bakeshop Including Decommissioning Of The Existing Exhaust Fan/blower At The Dap Conference Center In Tagaytay 01. Scope Of Work 01.1. Mobilization Of Materials, Manpower, Tools, Equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (ppe), And Temporary Facilities; 01.2. Acquisition Of Necessary Permits And/or Clearances, If Any; 01.3. Dismantling And Hauling Of Existing Bakeshop Exhaust Fan/blower Including All Of Its Dilapidated Components To The Location Designated By The Dapcc Engineering Office; 01.4. Hauling, And Rigging Of New Bakeshop Exhaust Fan/blower To Unit Location; 02.1. Delivery, Supply, And Installation Of New Exhaust Fan/blower With The Provision Of Base Mountings / Brackets, Fan Supports, Stainless-steel Fan Casing, Sealant, Fan Ducts, Exhaust Duct Filter And Stainless-steel Screens. Location Of The New Exhaust Fan/blower Shall Be Installed At The Backdoor Of The Kitchen Area, As Identified By The Ems Manager And/or Supervisor; 01.5. Restoration Of Base Pad For The New Exhaust Fan/blower; 01.6. Restoration Of Existing Machine Connection; 01.7. Replacement Of The Existing Electrical Components (wires/cables, Circuit Breakers And Panels, Etc.) That Should Be Equal, If Not Greater Than The Existing Technical Specifications Including The Complete Field Wiring Installations, Control Switches, And Conduit Piping Installations. 01.8. Installation Of New Circuit Breaker With Nema 3r Enclosure Within The Location Of The Existing Exhaust Fan As Identified By The Ems Manager; 01.9. Complete Termination Of All Electrical Wirings, Controls, Breakers And Other Devices Including The Termination Of Power Supply And Replacement Of Circuit Breaker Of The Electrical Panel Board At Bakeshop; 01.10. Testing And Commissioning Of The Installed Bakeshop Exhaust Fan/blower: 01.10.1. Start-up And Monitoring Of Motor Amperes, Voltages And System Performance Including Observation, Testing And Calibration Of Controls For Safe And Normal Operating Conditions; 01.10.2. Including Orientation On Proper And Appropriate Maintenance According To Its Operation Manual; And 01.10.3. Including Orientation On Basic Troubleshooting According To Its Operations Manual 01.11. Cleaning Of Project Site After The Testing & Commissioning Phase; 01.12. Restoration Of Any Damaged Facility(ies) Of The Project After Implementation; And 01.13. Turn-over The Entire Project For Acceptance Including Submission Of The Following: 01.13.1. Three (3) Sets Of Final As-built Drawings In A3 Including The Pdf That Is Duly Signed And Sealed By An Appropriate Professional Engineer (i.e., Professional Mechanical Engineer, Professional Electrical Engineer). To Include A Copy Of The Cad File That Must Be Stored In A Usb Thumb Drive. All Relevant Engineering/technical Details Must Be Indicated On The Final As-built Drawings, Like The Electrical Load Schedule, Ventilation Requirements, Computation Of Fan/blower Capacity, Schematic Diagram Among Others; 01.13.2. Orientation, And Training Of Dapcc Maintenance Personnel; Orientation And Training Shall Occur On The Date And Time That Dapcc Requires; 01.13.3. Manual Of Operations And Maintenance Brochures; And 01.13.4. Certification From The Contractor Specifying Warranty Of At Least One (1) Year For The Workmanship And Parts 02. Minimum Technical Specifications 02.2. For Exhaust Fans: 02.1.1. Shall At Least Have A Capacity Of 5,605 Cubic Meter Per Hour Or 3300 Cubic Feet Per Minute, That Is Capable To Support The Ventilation Requirements Of Dapcc Main Bakeshop; 02.1.2. With A Voltage Range Of 220-230 Volts; 02.1.3. Shall Be 3 Phase; 02.1.4. Shall Be 60 Hertz; 02.1.5. Shall At Least Have A Current Rating Of 11.5 Amperes Or Lower; 02.1.6. With An Ingress Protection Rating Of Ip 55; 02.1.7. Shall Have An Insulation Class Of “f”; And 02.1.8. Shall Have Technical Features Of Soft Starting, And Thermal Overload Protection For Electronics Or Motor 02.3. For Circuit Breaker; 02.2.1. Shall Be 40 Ampere Circuit Breaker For The Unit And Control Switch At Bakeshop; 02.2.2. Shall Be Bolt-on Type For The Units; 02.2.3. Shall Be 3 Phase; 02.4. For The Mounting Brackets; 02.3.1. Must Be Coated For Anti-rust; 02.3.2. Bolts & Nuts Included Shall Be Stainless Or Have A Coating Against Rust; 02.5. For The Fan Casing, Fan Duct, Exhaust Duct Filter And Screens; And 02.3.3. Must Be Stainless-steel Ss304; 02.3.4. Shall Be At Least Gauge 16 Or 1.5mm In Thickness; 02.6. Provision Of Shop Drawings For Approval Of Dapcc Engineering Office Prior To Installation, Shall Conform: 02.4.1. To The Title Block To Be Given By The Dapcc Engineering Office; And 02.4.2. Contractor Shall Submit Three (3) Sets Of All Shop Drawings In A3 Size For Approval Of Dap. 03. Other Requirements: 03.1. Interested Contractors Must Do A Site Visit At Dapcc Before Submitting A Proposal/quotation; 03.2. The Contractor Must Clearly Itemize The Cost Components Of The Quotation, To Include Data As Follows: 03.2.1. All Materials/equipment/parts/items To Be Used Shall Include Its Specifications. No Change In Specs Of The Materials Will Be Entertained Unless The Change Is Approved In Writing. 03.2.2. For Labor / Technical Supervision: Specify Labor Type And Amount; 03.2.3. Dapcc Engineering Office Issued The Certificate Of Final Acceptance 03.3. All Work-details, Plans, Lay-outs, And Schedule Should Be Submitted In The Form Of Permit To Work Issued By Dapcc Engineering Office And Endorsed By The Ems Manager And Approved By The Department Manager Of Dapcc; 03.4. Before Dismantling Existing Ducting And Bakeshop Exhaust Blower Motor, Replacement Ducting Must Be One Hundred Percent (100%) Fabricated And Ready To Install As Well As The Replacement Of Bakeshop Exhaust Blower Equipment It Must Be Physically On Site To Minimize Idle Operation Time Of The Bakeshop Exhaust Blower; 03.5. Conduct Of At Least Two (2) Preventive Maintenance Services (general Inspection, Bolt-tightening, And Greasing) Including Testing Within The Warranty Period; 03.6. Project Duration / Committed Completion Date Should Not Be Later Than Sixty (60) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Notice To Proceed And Must Be Clearly Stated In The Final Quotation; 03.7. Provide Time And Date Stamps Photos Before, During And After The Execution Of The Project In Jpeg Format; 03.8. Submission Of Three (3) Sets Of Final Project Report In A4 Size; 03.9. Certification From The Contractor Specifying Warranty Of At Least One (1) Year For The Workmanship And Parts From The Date Issued Of The Certificate Of Final Acceptance; And 03.10. Signed And/or Editable Copies Of Items 03.6 To 03.8 Shall Be Stored In A Usb Thumb Drive And Shall Be Submitted To The Dapcc Ems Unit.
