This Programme Is A Cross-community Capacity Building And Resident Empowerment Programme And Will Be Delivered In 2 Phases: 1. Community Capacity – Supporting Groups In The Areas To Develop A Detailed Strategic Plan Each, With Strategic Vision, Aims, Values And Actions. It Will Include Work With The Cross-interface Residents Action Group. 2. Resident Empowerment – A Co-design Delivery Of A Democratic Capacity (co-design/having A Voice) And Engagement Process For Implementation Of Local Resident’s Ideas To Enhance Their Lives And Interface Area..
