Navsup Weapons Systems Support (navsup Wss) Mechanicsburg Is Seeking Eligible Contractors To Furnish Effort Including Labor, Material, And Facilities As May Be Required To Manufacture The Items As Specified Within This Document. the Government Intends To Solicit And Negotiate With Only Two Sources Under The Authority Of Far 6.302-1. nsn: 1377-01-135-6911, Mg39, Canopy Overhead Mild Detonating Cord Assembly And Inert Canopy Overhead Mild Detonating Cord Assembly For Use In The Av-8b Aircraft. The Government Does Not Possess The Data Necessary To Perform The Required Manufacturing Of The Item. all Responsible Sources May Identify Their Interest And Provide Capability Statements In Response To This Notice. This Notice Of Intent Is Not A Request For Competitive Proposals. However, All Responses Received Within 15 Days After Date Of Publication Of This Sources Sought Notice Will Be Considered By The Government. A Determination By The Government Not To Compete This Proposed Contract Based Upon Responses To This Notice Is Solely Within The Discretion Of The Government.
