Roadway Rehabilitation Would Entail In-place Recycling Using Full Depth Reclamation (fdr) To Resurface The Entire 4,500-foot-long Road On Top Of The Causeway With A Cement Stabilized Base Course And A 4-inch Asphalt Wearing Surface To Create A Smooth Profile. Roadway Repairs Would Provide A Pavement Service Life Of 25 Years Or More; However, Resurfacing Of The Wearing Surface Would Be Expected At Intervals Of 10 Years Or Less. the Completed Time For This Contract Is 730 Calendar Days After Award. this Solicitation Is Being Advertised As "unrestricted" For Full And Open Competition. This Source Selection Procurement Requires Both Non-price (technical And Past Performance) And Price Proposals And Will Utilize The Best Value Continuum Process At Far 15.101-1, Tradeoff.
