The C-suas Handhelds Are Used To Provide Radio Frequency (rf) And Global Positioning Systems (gps) Disruption. This Allows Users To Control Landing Of The C-suas On The Spot, Return To The Operator, Or To The Starting Point. this Rfi Is Issued As Part Of A Procurement Strategy For Theprocurement Of C-suas Handhelds For The Ci&ids Division.
