This Is A Sources Sought Notice Only. the U.s. Government Currently Intends To Award A Contract To Provide Wifi And Internet Services For 210 Rooms Across 5 Buildings In Support Of The Commandassessment Program (cap) In Support Of The United States Human Resources Command (hrc). specific Tasks Include But Not Limited To: 1. Provide Managed Internet Services And Wi-fi Services Across 5 Buildings. 2. Period Of Performance: The Period Of Performance Is From 10 September 2025 To 9 September 2026 For Base Year With Three Options Of Period Of Performance From 10 September 2026 To 9 September 2027. 10 September 2027 To 9 September 2028. 10 September 2028 To 9 September 2029. 3. Provide Full Service For 3 Months. The One-year Periods Are Provided For Flexibility In The Cap Scheduling And Coordination For Contractor Install/clean Up Each Year. Cap Is A 3-month Assessment Program. Cap Does Not Own The Buildings, Therefore Install Must Be Temporary. The Contractor Must Arrive Prior To Cap, Do A Temporary Set Up, And Then Remove Their Hardware After Cap Ends. please See The Attached Statement Of Work (sow) For More Information. this Notice Does Not Constitute A Request For Quote (rfq)/invitation For Bid (ifb)/request For Proposal (rfp) Or A Promise To Issue An Rfq, Ifb Or Rfp In The Future.
