Facilities Must Comply With The Department Of Justice National Prison Rape Elimination Act Standards. Facilities Must Comply With The Standards Of Treatment Specified In Army Regulation 190-47, The Army Corrections System. these Bpas Will Be Evaluated Annually And May Remain In Place For Up To Five Years.
